Joint Education Project (JEP House) Improvements and Addition University of Southern California

The Joint Education Project is located in the original George Bovard Residence, a home built in 1908 for the president, George Bovard adjacent to the University of Southern California campus. The University wants to improve the structure seismically and provide other systems improvements including accessibility while adding a new basement space and outdoor courtyard. The new basement will serve student tutors as work spaces, allowing for individual tasks as well as small group gatherings that can extend into the informal seating areas of the outdoor space.
